Elements Protocol for Working Safely

  • The front door handles (inside and out) will be cleaned as soon as a customer enters and leaves
  • Only THREE customers are allowed in the store at one time
  • Everyone, staff and customers must wear a face mask at all times while in the store
  • When a customer enters the store, we will have a small table with a sign asking them to please use the hand sanitizer
  • We shall apply hand sanitizer in front of the customer, before helping
  • Front counter and jewelry cases will be sanitized after each customer leaves
  • Any item taken down or touched will be cleaned and jewelry cleaned with alcohol wipes
  • We have perspex shields on the jewelry counters and cash-wrap area
