Industrial designer Jacob Jensen founded his studio in 1958, eager to change the face of industrial design by implementing two of the most prominant 20th-century design schools, the European Bauhaus-traditions of form follows function and American designer Raymond Loewys' MAYA principle: Most Advanced Yet Acceptable. Ultra-modern minimalist designs with a wide audience appeal are what keeps these watches ticking, and interesting enough to grab the attention of MoMA who included the brand in the design study collection.
